The managing director of the fund for supporting the development of the country's beekeeping industry said: At the London International Championships, Iranian honey won two gold medals.

 Bhezad Bankipour, regarding Iran's participation in the London International Honey Competition, told: This is the most prestigious international event to evaluate the quality of honey, which was its second year this year, which we participated in it.

The managing director of the fund for supporting the development of the country's beekeeping industry mentioned that:We participated in this competition with two samples of honey, both of which won first place.

He added that: This competition is held in two sections: quality and packaging of honey, and since we were not ready for packaging, participated in the quality section.

He then added that: In 2017, we participated in the 45th World Congress of Apimondia in Turkey and won the 3rd place in the world in the field of commercial honey for the first time.
