According to the information center of the ministry of Jihad-Agriculture, the head of the country's veterinary organization, at the opening ceremony of the 18th international poultry and related industries exhibition, told: More than 290 domestic and 17 international companies, from various countries, are participating in the exhibition.

Dr. Alireza Rafiee-pour also told: Over the past few years, we have been upgrading the production chain from traditional and semi-industrial production conditions and in this regard, knowledge-based companies can take over the entire production chain to be cost-effective in the livestock and poultry industry. He also mentioned that: In the near future, we will be among the exporting countries for livestock and poultry industry.

He then added that: Our country is now in the top 10 in the field of poultry and egg production, and in the top eight countries in the field of livestock and milk production.
